We contact you within one working day, agree on access and which pages to test. Payment does not install the box: you install it yourself in Start, Pluss and Pro, or buy the Startpakke. In Komplett we install it.
Tests run at your plan's frequency and you are told when something changes. From Pro we fix one standard issue per month.
Agency: NOK 179 per client site per month for the first 10, NOK 139 for sites 11 to 30 and NOK 99 from site 31. Minimum NOK 990 a month. Free for 30 days for up to 15 client sites. The trial does not become a subscription automatically.
You set your own prices for clients.
Already have a cookie banner from another provider? We do the whole job: remove the old one, set up CookieHawk, and test your site before and after so you can see that it works. You do not have to do anything yourself. Fixed price NOK 1,490.00 one-off, incl. VAT, and included in Komplett. Standard scope: WordPress and Google Tag Manager; anything else is agreed first.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers your first paid subscription. Separately priced one-time services already delivered are excluded. See terms.
We install the box on your website and verify that it is active and works. Standard scope: WordPress or Google Tag Manager. Anything else is agreed first.
Campaign price until 31 October: NOK 1,995. Ordinary price from 1 November: NOK 2,990. Prices include VAT.
If you buy the Startpakke together with Start during the campaign, the first two months of Start are included in the price. The first paid subscription period starts two months after installation. The Startpakke is ordered by invoice. Komplett includes installation and does not need it. With Byrå, the agency installs on its own clients’ sites.
Card payment is recorded after Stripe confirmation. Invoices are sent within 2 working days, due in 14 days. Setup is manual: we agree access, services and test pages. Our target is first contact within 1 working day; delivery date is agreed once access and scope are clear. Payment does not install the box. Start/Pluss/Pro: you install using our guide, unless you have bought the Startpakke. After activation, checks follow the plan frequency.
Start / Pluss: You install and fix issues. No repair minutes or log included.
After a fix, we retest agreed pages before choice, after rejection, after acceptance and on reload. The report shows observations and remaining work. Allowances do not roll over. Larger jobs are priced before approval. Legal advice and exhaustive checks of every page are not included.
Need more sites, daily tests or installation? We will make an offer.
Support: weekdays 09:00 to 16:00, Europe/Oslo. Standard fixes exclude full installation or CMP migration.

One work order of up to 30 minutes in WordPress or Google Tag Manager, with a re-test afterwards. If it needs more time, you get a price first.
One domain with www and up to three subdomains. More domains = more websites.
Then we stop and give you a fixed price first. You decide.
Consumers may cancel at any time without a minimum term and receive a proportional refund of unused prepayments. For businesses, service continues through the paid contract period; cancel before the period ends to stop renewal. The first subscription has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from documented activation; see terms.

Generic insertion patterns are in the installation guide. Shopify accounts, apps and checkout are not verified; we do not offer a ready-made Shopify app.

The website has six languages. Automated results are available in English or Norwegian Bokmål. Installation instructions, full reports and purchase follow-up are in Norwegian, with English in parts of the process.
